At Lux Lights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your lighting solution isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all mounting hardware and manuals to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
